<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a mixed integrated circuit by arranging plural driving pumps and the corresponding plural jet ports and performing the soldering of the necessary part by selecting it. CONSTITUTION:The driving pump 2 for injecting a molten solder is provided in plural pieces in a solder tank 1 and plural injection ports 4 of the molten solder are arranged as well at the necessary part only corresponding to them. A chip resistance 7, chip capacitor 8, the flat packaged IC6 of the back face, etc., are soldered in advance by a solder reflow method, etc., on a mixed integrated circuit board 5. The soldering is then performed after inserting the lead terminal 9a of an electrolytic capacitor 9 from the through hole of the board 5 at the two jet ports 4 of the solder tank 1. The generation of the unnecessary heat stress for the IC6 is prevented because the injection port 4 is provided at the necessary place. Consequently the quality of the mixed integrated circuit on the board 5 is improved.</p> |
