PURPOSE:To prepare various kinds of erasers in small quantities as a taste by a method wherein raw liquid or eraser is filled into a mold wherein a profile of product is formed on a recessed surface of the mold and thereafter bubbles remaining in the liquid are removed and the mold is put into a household oven to solidify the liquid by heat. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 1, lower mold 2, and fixing frame 3 are combined together to formed a tightly closed space 4 having the shape of a product between a mold surface 14 of the mold 1 and a mold surface 23 of the mold 2. Raw liquid or eraser is poured from a feed port 15 of the mold 1 to fill the space 4 therewith and then the liquid is left at an ambient temperatures for a predetermined time to remove bubbles in the liquid, allowing the bubbles to be discharge from the port 15. Next, the molds are put into a household oven to heat them, solidifying thereby the liquid. After cooling the molds, the frame 3 is removed to separate the upper and lower molds and an eraser therein is taken out. In this manner, erasers suitable for manufacture of various kinds of products in small quantities and having individual designs reflecting tasteful elements can be produced in a simple manner without providing special equipment at home. |
