The portable toothbrush is tubular and has a circular movement. It consists of a tooth brush whose handle rises and falls inside a tube (B) through a reduced spiral screw inside a cylinder (A) when this is rotated by hand. The tube is ended in the lower part by two projecting half circle rings. The cylinder has in its lower interior part a ring reduced by 360 degrees in which the tube fits. A cover which is pressed onto the tube has a clip (K) for fastening to a jacket pocket.
