PURPOSE:To easily decide authenticity by a simple method even when printed matters such as banknote, bond, check, ticket, credit card, other deeds or the like are formed with a copier or the like. CONSTITUTION:An authenticity decision part 4 made of electrically conductive ink 3 is formed on paper base 2 by normal printing system. By energizing the authenticity decision part 4 and an electrical circuit integrally through the semultaneous contact of two electrodes of a decider, which is formed by connecting the electrodes by the predetermined intervals with both the end parts of an electrical circuit connecting with power source and a continuity displaying means, the authenticity is easily decided with the continuity displaying means connected in the circuit. |
