PURPOSE:To provide an auto handler for TAB which needs a short index time and can easily change width of a TAB. CONSTITUTION:Guides 5A, 5B are set on both sides of sprockets 7A, 7B to fix a rotary center. Pulleys 4A, 4B are set on both sides of the guides 5A, 5B to fix the rotary center. Moreover, sprockets 3A, 3B are arranged on both sides of the pulleys 4A, 4B. An XY stage starts to correct a TAB 1 simultaneously in X and Y directions. Pushers 9, 10 start to ascend/descend at the same time. When the pushers 9, 10 move down and a punch unit 11 operates, the TAB 1 is measured by cameras 15A, 15B or an image of the TAB before and after a punch hole is detected. A guide width for the TAB 1 is changed by the sprockets 3A, 3B, pulleys 4A, 4B, guides 5A, 5B on the rotary axis. |
