PURPOSE:To obtain the subject highly concentrated coatable composition reduced in viscosity and suppressed in gelation, by dissolving a specific noncrystalline fluoropolymer in a mixed solvent consisting of both protonic and aprotic fluorosolvents. CONSTITUTION:This composition can be obtained by dissolving a noncrystalline fluoropolymer having associating group (e.g. maleimide group, amidine group, amido group, amino group, carboxyl group, sulfonic acid group) at the terminal of the main or side chain thereof in a mixed solvent consisting of a protonic fluorosolvent (pref. fluoroalcohol, fluorocarboxylic acid or fluorosulfonic acid) and aprotic fluorosolvent (pref. aromatic fluorohydrocarbon, fluoroalkylamine, aliphatic fluorohydrocarbon, alicyclic fluorohydrocarbon or fluoroether). |
