PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting ceramics thin film working at a temperature remarkably higher than the working temperature of a superconducting- material produced with conventional superconducting metal thin film or superconducting ceramics thin film. CONSTITUTION:An inert element having high atomic radius and atomic weight as far as possible is inserted between an atomic plane exhibiting superconducting phenomenon in a superconducting ceramic material and atomic planes sandwiching the former plane. The insertion is performed by the preparation of a superconducting ceramics material under high inert gas pressure, a molecular beam process using an inert gas, an ion beam process using an inert gas, a sputtering process using an inert gas, etc. The atomic plane exhibiting the superconducting phenomenon in the superconducting ceramics material is smoothed by this process to smooth the conduction of a charge carrier on the atomic plane exhibiting superconducting phenomenon. Consequently, the interaction between various factors to induce superconducting phenomenon and the charge carrier is intensified and the superconducting characteristics of a superconducting ceramic material are improved. |
