PURPOSE:To provide a container for contact lens, wherein the heat-sealed parts do not peel during a transport, the existence/absence of a contained contact lens can be confirmed from the outside through a transparent film, and the contact lens can be easily taken out. CONSTITUTION:A container main body 10 and lid 30 are openably connected. In the container main body 10, a storage part 12 in which a contact lens 40 is stored is formed. At an opening 13 of the storage part 12, an annular internal plug 20 is undetachably fitted. On the upper surface of the internal plug 20, a transparent film 24 is heat-sealed. On the outer periphery of a through hole 23, a thinner part 25 which can be cut is formed, and on the side end part, a protruding piece 27 is formed in such a manner that the protruding piece 27 may protrude more outside than the internal plug 20. By this method, a delicate control for the amount and strength of an adhesive, the temperature of the heat, or pressing force, etc., at the time of a heat-sealing becomes unnecessary, and the container becomes easier to open. |
