PURPOSE:To provide a cord storing device capable of being provided even in a place without sufficient space to store a circular case, in particular, only with a long but narrow installation space, and capable of efficiently palling out or storing the cord. CONSTITUTION:A body 3 of revolution to wind the cord 2 in an approximately rectangular case 1 is movably stored in its longitudinal direction, a spring to constantly energize this body of revolution to one end side is provided, and a cord palling-out port 13 to pull out the cord 2 wound around the body of revolution by moving the body 3 of revolution against the spring, and a cord pulling-out port 12 are provided on the other end side of the case 1.
