PURPOSE:To provide a portrait generating device by which a portrait closer to a desired portrait is generated with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:A part pattern ROM 41 stores plural patterns of plural parts forming a portrait. Keys of a input section 2 are operated to input an attribute of a portrait desired to be generated such as sex and age and to select patterns of each part of the portrait desired to be generated. A control section 40 adjusts positions of plural selected patterns depending on the inputted attribute when the plural selected patterns are synthesized in a synthesis RAM 43. Furthermore, other parts are read from the part pattern ROM 41 depending on the inputted attribute and added to the plural selected patterns. A portrait formed through synthesis in the synthesis RAM 43 is displayed on a display section 3. |
