PURPOSE:To effectively prevent delamination from occurring by improving the adhesion property between green sheets in a laminated substrate of a green sheet multilayer and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:In a laminated substrate consisting of a plurality of ceramic layers 1a-1e and conductor layers 2, 3, 4, and 5 in a specific pattern included among the ceramic layers 1a-1e, an insulation layer 10... for adhesion is included on one main surface of the conductor layers 2, 3, 4, and 5 and the adjacent ceramic layers 1a-1e. The insulation layer 10... for adhesion is formed by printing and drying a slurry which is formed by mixing an inorganic filler which is of virtually same material as a ceramic green sheet and a binder. |
