PURPOSE:To obtain a method for manufacturing a composite die molding which enables an outwardly good-looking composite die molding to be formed without bubble generation and requires only a simple device structure, dispensing with a fixture or speed control equipment. CONSTITUTION:This method for manufacturing a composite die molding consists of a first step of setting a molding die 2 and a base material 1 in a mutually opposite position at a specified interval, a second step of supplying a liquid active energy radiation-curable resin 3 into the interval from a part of the outer periphery of the interval and filling the interval with the resin 3 utilizing capillarity, a third step of curing the active energy radiation-curable resin 3 by irradiating it with an active energy radiation, and a fourth step of parting the active energy radiation-curable resin 3 formed integrally and the base material 1 from a molding die 2. In addition, the base material 1 used has a chamfered part on the entire periphery of a molded surface. |
