<p>The process comprises the following stages: - primary grinding of the waste or base material and then open-air fermentation in non-compacted swathes, - storage of the base material in pits (2) and then drying until the grinder is reached, - the grinding apparatus (7) throws the base material into a rotary screen (9) and the reject materials (17) are recovered separately, - the base material then undergoes a passage through heated grinder-rotary screen units in order to reduce its particle size, - drying of the unfermentable reject materials, then dilaceration with a grinder and then heating in silos before moulding. <IMAGE></p> |
