PURPOSE:To properly remove impurities from cooling water and lower the running cost by installing a reverse osmosis type impurity removing means in water discharging route, and supplying cooling water from which impurities are removed to a make-up water supplying route. CONSTITUTION:A make-up water supplying route 26 to supply cooling water and a water discharging route 27 to discharge cooling water from a steam separate 3 are installed in a cooling water circulating route S. A reverse osmosis type impurity removing means G is installed in the water discharging route 27 and cooling water from which impurities are removed by the means G is supplied to a water recovery tank 26A. The means G leads the cooling water to a reverse osmosis membrane (g) by utilizing the cooling water supplying pressure in the circulating route S and the water passes the membrane, and impurities containing silica-based scales are thus concentrated and the resulting water is discharged through the water discharging route 28 having an adjusting valve V7. A heat exchanging means K to heat cooling water to be supplied to the circulating route S through the supplying route 26 by cooling water supplied by the means G through water route 27 is installed and heat energy loss is suppressed. |
