发明名称 CYLINDRICAL SOLID ELECTROLYTE FUEL CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the production yield of supporting tubes and the functions of fuel cells by integratedly forming the supporting tube of a sintered body, and forming interconnectors by spraying an alloy group material. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical supporting tube 11 is integrately formed of a sintered body composed of, for example, calcia-stabilized zirconia. A fuel electrode 12 of a sintered film of Ni/yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ), an electrolyte 13 of a sintered film of YSZ, and an air electrode 14 composed of a sintered film of La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 or the like are formed in this order on the external surface of the supporting tube 11 to compose a power generation part of a solid electrolyte fuel cell. Then, an interconnector 15 is formed by spraying an alloy-based cermet with good conductivity such as NiAl/Al2O3+NiCr/Al2O3. The adjoining fuel electrode 12 and air electrode 14 are successively connected with the interconnector 15 and each power generation part is connected in series and thus cell resistance is lowered. A protective film 16 composed of a sprayed film of Al2O3 is formed on the interconnector 15.
