<p>PURPOSE:To quantitatively determine the compsn. of an extraction solvent rapidly and accurately. CONSTITUTION:A sample collecting pipe 3 is connected to a measuring pipe 2 through which an extraction solvent l flows and a measuring cell 6 is connected to the sample collecting pipe 3 through a filter 5. The measuring cell 6 is arranged in a thermostatic tank 7 and a dielectric relaxation measuring device 8 is connected to a measuring cell washing pipe 10. The frequency characteristics of specific dielectric constant epsilon'r and a specific dielectric loss factor epsilon''r are measured in order to measure and monitor the compsn. of the extraction solvent in the separation and distribution process of a re- treatment process. epsilon'r, epsilon''r are measured based on specific frequency to measure and monitor the compsn. of the extraction solvent. The frequency characteristics of epsilonr, epsilon''r are combined to measure and monitor the concn. of nitric acid in the extraction solvent 1, the chemical deterioration degree of the extraction solvent due to nitric acid and the decomposition and deterioration degree of the extraction solvent due to radiation.</p> |
