<p>PURPOSE:To provide on a carrier a handrail device capable of securing the loading safety of a loaded article as a handrail when the carrier is elevated/ lowered, and playing a role of a hood in handling the article between the carrier and the working floor. CONSTITUTION:In a carrier of an elevator for construction, a pair of guide rails 15, 15 where an upper part 15c is bent to the upper side of a loading platform through a curved part 15b of appropriate radius on both sides in the direction of the open width of the loading platform 5 at least on one side open part of the loading platform 5 are symmetrically erected. A handrail door 10 to be guided on and supported by guide rollers 13, 13 on both sides is provided on the guide rails 15, 15, and when this handrail door 10 is elevated as the handrail of the loading platform 5, it is held flat on the upper part of the loading platform 5 to be the hood.</p> |
