The current switching method improves the product quality and stabilizes the electroplating facilities by preventing overcurrent and keeping total current constant. The current switching method comprises: (A) setting the current on existing bridges and doing electroplating; (B) tracking the turned-on additional bridges (C) keeping the tatal current constant; and (D) repeating the above procedure.
