METHOD OF CHANNELING WITH BLAST F'CE

The prediction of channeling improves the quality of vent maintenance in the blast furnace operation system by applying the pressure difference between furnace pressure and wind pressure. The prediction comprises: (A) obtaining possible furnace operation conditions based on the channeling parameters; (B) dividing the possible furnace operation condition into the several parts and calculating the weight of each operation condition part; and (C) determining the channeling condition based on the furnace permeability.
