PURPOSE:To provide a pipe inside lining device capable of being easily inserted even in a small caliber pipe. CONSTITUTION:A lining member 1 having a cross-sectional shape almost conforming to the inner surface shape of a pipe P and moved through the pipe P to apply a lining agent S to the inner surface of the pipe P is formed into a freely expansible bag like shape receiving the lining agent S. The lining member 1 is connected to a lining tube 2 and the emitting orifices 5 of the lining agent S are formed to the connection part or in the vicinity thereof and the diameter of the emitting orifices 5 is made smaller than the inner diameter of the connection part 3.
