PRODUCTION OF CEMENT PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a cement plate in which ligneous fiber is used as a reinforcement and mechanical strength, dimensional stability, shock resistance and cutting properties are excellent. CONSTITUTION:Slurry of a mixture of cement, a siliceous powder, a ligneous fiber, fibrous sepiolite and/or wollastonite is manufactured to sheets. The sheets are dehydrated and molded. Autoclave curing is performed for the molded form in a short time while preventing thermal deterioration of ligneous fiber in a range within 160--170 deg.C.
