PURPOSE:To remarkably improve acoustic characteristics by using a viscoelastic foamed substance prepared by vulcanizing and foaming a viscous rubber intimate mixture containing rubber, softening agent, organic foaming agent and vulcanizing agent components as a member for a speaker. CONSTITUTION:As the member for the speaker, the member composed of the viscoelastic foamed substance for which the viscous rubber intimate mixture containing the rubber, the softening agent, the organic foaming agent and the vulcanizing agent components is valcanized and foamed is used. The tensile strength is set within the range of 0.1-100kg/cm<2> and the specific gravity is set within the range of 0.07-1.2. As the rubber, other than synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene rubber or the like, the synthetic rubber such as isoprene rubber or the like is used. Dioctyl phthalate is used as the softening agent, N,N'-dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine is used as the organic foaming agent and sulfur or the like is used as the vulcanizing agent. By appropriately setting the composition of the viscous rubber mixed material which is the forming material and heating and pressurizing and setting the material loss counting to be preferably >=0.01, the acoustic characteristics are remarkably improved. |
