PRODUCTION OF BLOCK FOR PAVEMENT

PURPOSE:To provide a block for pavement by an immediate method of concrete in which the thick rubber plate of a surface layer is not peeled off and also the state of an easily sliding and dangerous pressed-snow and a freezing state are not caused. CONSTITUTION:The rear of a thick rubber plate 5 having many parallel grooves 6 on the surface is bonded on one side of a metallic plate 1 fitted into the mold cavity of a formwork 11. An anchor 2 made of a metallic plate having some holes is vertically fixed on other one side. The metallic plate 1 is fitted into the mold cavity of the formwork 11 by holding the thick rubber plate downward. Stiff-consistency concrete is filled into the mold cavity under vibration of the formwork 11. Then stiff-consistency concrete is hardened by pressing the inside of the mold cavity from the top and also the thick rubber plate 5, the metallic plate 1 and a stiff-consistency concrete layer 7 are unified and mold release is performed.
