PURPOSE:To prevent the strain of a migration pattern while eliminating raddiation irregularity by interposing a flexible good heat conductive insulating layer between a glass support and a radiation plate. CONSTITUTION:A flexible radiation sheet 8 good in heat conductivity is interposed between a radiation plate 7 and a glass plate 6 to be bonded to both plates. The contact between the glass plate 6 and the radiation plate 7 can be easily uniformized by the radiation sheet 8. Therefore, even when a gel 1 generates heat by migration, heat is uniformly radiated by the sheet 8 and the plate 7 to prevent the generation of radiation irregularity. By this constitution, the samples of respective lanes are separated at the same migration speed while the gel 1 is uniformly cooled to reach a measuring part. Since uniform radiation is performed by the sheet 8 and the plate 7, the strain of a migration pattern caused by smiling is not almost generated and, by reading the order of the bands detected from a fluorescence signal and an irradiation position signal, a base sequence is determined without being erroneously read. |
