<p>PURPOSE:To enable the adoption of a roof unit whose basic configuration is in common in the case where a bearing wall of a living room unit is arranged just below a side structure section of the roof unit and in the case where it is not arranged. CONSTITUTION:In a roof unit 11 which is constituted by joining a side truss 22 to a side of a ridge truss 21, a joint member 23 is joined on a bottom face of a bottom chord 22A in the side truss 22. A face material 25 is expanded on a side of the joint member 23 and on at least a side of the bottom chord 22A in the side truss 22.</p> |
