PURPOSE:To facilitate the exchange of lapping carriers or the like and at the same time prevent the coming-off of meshing between each internal gear and each lapping carrier by making the size relation of each internal gear and each internal gear side upper part guide that of positive transposition gears. CONSTITUTION:The device laps a work by rotating and revolving on a surface plate 7 each lapping carrier 1 that possesses through-holes 4... to house works and is provided with a gear at its outer periphery, while a lapping material is being made to flow in. A carrier 1 is made to rotate by the rotation of a drive spindle 6 through an internal gear 2, and in this instance, a platelike internal gear side upper part guide 21 which guides meshing with the internal gear 2 and whose size relation with the internal gear 2 is made to be that of positive transposition, is provided at the drive spindle 6. Also, an outer gear side upper part guide 31 is provided concentrically with an outer gear 3 so as to guide meshing between the gear of a carrier 1 and the outer gear 3. |
