PURPOSE:To hold an outer cover so as not to move upward, by forming a bottle-sealing cover so that the flange of an inner topper is fitted into the outer cover against the elasticity of its circular engagement part, and by providing the bottle-sealing cover with a weak line used for cutting off a skirt part from the lower end of the circular engagement part, and a lock part which fits into a circular groove made in the periphery of a bottle mouth. CONSTITUTION:A flange 3b is fitted in the upper end of an outer cover 2 by forcing an inner stopper 1 into the skirt part 2b of the outer coyer 2, thereby forcing the skirt part 2b wide against its elasticity. By incorporating the inner stopper 1 into the outer cover 2 and, then, sealing a bottle mouth A with them, the lock part 10 of the skirt part 2b fits into the circular engagement groove A1 of the bottle mouth A, and the inner stopper can be firmly held inside the bottle mouth A so as not to move upward, therefore the bottle is hermetically sealed. The inner stopper 1 as can be pulled out by holding between fingers a part between the lower edge and inclined weak line of the skirt part 2b, by pulling the part in a circumferential direction, and by tearing the skirt part along the inclined weak line and a circular inclined line 8 at the lower end of a circular engagement part 7, thereby breaking seal. |
