PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy tea capable of imparting the keeping quality to Tetragonia expansa Murr. conventionally having problems in the keeping quality and eliminating the problems of the Tetragonia expansa Murr. and green tea in utilizing thereof as a food and drink by using both for decocting and drinking. CONSTITUTION:This healthy tea of Tetragonia expansa Murr. is obtained by steaming a leaf or a stem of Tetragonia expansa Murr., then rolling the steamed leaf or stem, pulverizing the rolled leaf or stem and mixing the resultant powder with conventional green tea.
