<p>PURPOSE:To guarantee the continuation of a connection by establishing a procedure connecting with a substitute route even when a route abnormality occurs, in a system to be used in network environments. CONSTITUTION:A system B receives a route change request by a reception means 6. A reception route is recognized by the address information, etc., of a packet. A route change response transmission means 7 selects an available route in the system in use at present from the remaining routes other than the routes defined in the system in use and transmits a change response to a system A. The system A receives the response by a route change confirmation transmission means 2. Among the routes defined in the system in use including the reception route, the available route is selected and the confirmation is transmitted to a system B. The system A stores the route as the new using route of a connection. The system B receives the route change confirmation to be transmitted from the system A by a reception means 8, and confirms/stores the route as the new using route of the connection when the route is possible to be used in the system in use.</p> |
