PURPOSE:To eject a paper sheet without taking inside the reverse part feeding part, to omit a miss copy and to reduce an operational load on a user by providing a processing means for forming the image on both sides or one side of the image formation medium and an ejecting means for ejecting the image formation medium after forming the image. CONSTITUTION:The second document is taken in an automatic document feeder 39 and set on the reference position of a document platen 38. Consequently, with respect to the other side of the copying paper sheet taken out from a reverse paper feeding part 49, the copying corresponding to the second document is made by the image forming part and the sheet is ejected to a paper ejecting tray 55. In the process of taking in the first original, when the detection signal from a document detecting means 67 is not supplied, the automatic both side mode is prohibited and converted to the single side mode by the CPU basing on the judgment that the document is single. Thus, the copying paper sheet corresponding to the document is not transported to a reverse paper feeding paper 49, but ejected to the paper ejecting tray 55. In other words, at the time of the single document, the single side mode is selected and the paper sheet is ejected instead of being taken in the inside. |
