PURPOSE:To easily position a light guiding plate, a linear light source and a reflector with accuracy so as to make workability favorable in assembling the linear light source and the reflector. CONSTITUTION:A light source container 23 is provided along the end surface 22a of a rectangular plate-like light guiding plate 21, for surrounding a linear light source 27 and containing it inside the light guiding plate 21. A light emitting surface 21a for emitting light from the linear light source 27 is formed on at least one part of the light guiding plate 21. A display 30 is disposed at the light emitting surface 21a of the light guiding plate 21. A reflector 24 is provided in the vicinity of the light source container 23 in the light guiding plate 21 in such a manner as to reflect the light from the linear light source 27 toward the light emitting surface 21a. Consequently, since the linear light source 27 is contained inside the light source container 23 and the reflector 24 is disposed in the light guiding plate 21, it is possible to easily position the light guiding plate 21, the linear light source 27 and the reflector 24 with accuracy. |
