PURPOSE:To provide a feeder for fermented soybeans, enabling the easy and rapid feeding of the fermented soybeans onto cooked rice, etc., without scattering strings. CONSTITUTION:This feeder for fermented soybeans is constituted of a feeding mechanism 1 for the fermented soybeans, a dividing mechanism 2 for the fermented soybeans capable of dividing the fermented soybeans (a) transferred with the feeding mechanism 1 for the fermented soybeans into prescribed amounts, an extruding mechanism 3 for transferring the prescribed amounts of the fermented soybeans (a') to a feeding cylinder (51b), a plunger 4 capable of extruding the prescribed amounts of the fermented soybeans (a') from the interior of the feeding cylinder (51b) and feeding the extruded fermented soybeans onto cooked rice, etc., and driving sources 5, 6 and 7 thereof. The feeder is further constituted by arranging an extruding head (4c) for the fermented soybeans having the tip formed into a conical part (4d) in the tip of the cylindrical unit (4a) inserted into the feeding cylinder (51b) so as to enable the free reciprocation so that the extruding head (4c) for the fermented soybeans may freely rotate and reciprocate together with the cylindrical unit (4b) in the feeding cylinder (51b). |
