PURPOSE:To make damping force generable even at a very low piston speed area as well as to enhance the degree of freedom in the tuning of a low damping force characteristic. CONSTITUTION:An extension side high damping valve 8, generating high damping force by means of restrictively allowing the flowing of an extension side main passage D is made up of two disk valves 8a and 8b stacked, while an outer diameter of the first disk valve 8a in contact with an extension side inner seat surface 5c is formed into being smaller in diameter than that of the second disk valve 8b at the lower layer. Likewise an extension side low damping valve 9, generating low damping force by means of restrictively allowing the flowing of an extension side sub-passage E, is fitted in an outer circumferential surface of the first disk valve 8a of its inner circumferential surface. Along with this, an inner circumferential part of the extension side low damping force valve 9 is installed there in a state of being mounted on a projection 80 of the second disk valve 8b. |
