PURPOSE:To provide a device which can be easily transported even if difference of elevation is large and the size thereof can be made smaller in a shaft, when earth and sand discharged by a shield tunneling method are transported. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a transportation pipe 1 interconnecting the side of a cutting face and the surface of the ground, a suction pump 3 connected to the discharge side of the pipe 1, an earth and sand delivery machine 4 provided on the suction side of the pipe 1, an air pressure inlet port 5 opened midway through the pipe 1, and an air pump 6 for forcing air into the port 5. The earth and sand forced into the pipe 1 from the machine 4 are carried by an air stream from the port 5 to the pump 3. |
