PURPOSE:To eliminate various noises efficiently without processing an image itself independently of types of the noises. CONSTITUTION:The system has at least, a profile picture element extract processing means 1, a noise analysis processing means 2, and a picture element revision processing means 3. The profile picture element extract processing means 1 extracts a profile picture element while scanning received binary image data, the noise analysis processing means 2 calculates the number of the profile picture elements from the extracted profile picture elements and analyzes the profile shape to analyze a noise picture element being an object of elimination and the picture element revision processing means 3 revises the object picture element to eliminate noise in the received image. |
