PURPOSE:To obtain data of the next work without requiring return of a maintenance man, to whom an excess work time is assigned, to a prescribed position again by taking out, storing, and displaying patrol work data, which is related to the maintenance man and is concerned with another maintenance man, from a patrol work table generator. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance man connects a communication terminal of of his own portable building patrol work indicating device 2 to a data output terminal la of a patrol work table generator 1 and inputs his patrol work data, patrol work data of the other maintenance men, and patrol order data. A control part 2a extracts buildings, where the work is terminated, and calls telephone numbers stored in a storage part 2c to automatically dial the patrol work table generator 1 through a transmission/reception part 2b. Next, a communication line 3 is connected to transmit work end data. At this time, the patrol work table generator 1 transmits change data due to work end data from each maintenance man to the portable building patrol work indicating device 2. The indicating device 2 corrects patrol work data in the storage part 2c by the control part 2a. |
