In the proposed method, the original information signal is converted, at the time of transmission, into a coded combination, the original signal is combined with operating signals and the additional information signal obtained as a result of the combination is inserted into the free time-slots of the lines without any equalising pulses of the decaying pulse of the fields of the transmitted television image signal, into the free time-slots of the lines with equalising pulses and/or into the free time-slots of the part of the lines without equalising pulses and with equalising pulses or into combinations of free time-slots from these lines and/or from the parts thereof. The additional information signal and the original information signal are separated, on reception, from the transmitted signal. The additional information signal is processed in the form of data which are broken down into parts with the possibility of completely filling the free time-slots of the additional information transmission channel. |
