<p>A device comprising two coaxial parts (19, 3) movably mounted at an angle in relation to one another, against elastic means (7) comprising members (71, 72, 73) arranged between the circumferentially offset radial lugs (55, 65) of two phasing rings (5, 6). Said phasing rings (5, 6) are oppositely and concentrically mounted, the outer ring enclosing the inner ring. The inner ring (5) is trunnion-mounted on the first (3) of said coaxial parts (3, 19) while the outer ring (6) is trunnion-mounted on the first or second coaxial part (3, 19). The device of the invention is for use in motor vehicles.</p> |
