Device using a solution to treat the inside of a machine which circulates a service liquid, with armatures (1, 2) and a circulation pump (6), connected by pipes (5) and return pipes (5B). During the treatment, the pipe on the inlet side of the pump is connected to a collector (16) with at leat two valves (17), each connected to a compartment (22a, b, c) in a reservoir (21), which is divided into at least two compartments. The return pipe is connected to a drain tank (18) with at least two valves (19), each discharging the treatment solution circulated by the pump into the device to be treated, and returning to the compartments. It is also connected to a preparation tank (30) for the treatment solution, also divided into compartments (32a, b, c) each connected via a valve (33) to a collector (34), which loads the treatment solution prepared in any of the compartments (32) into the reservoir compartments (22). The preparation tank has a feed pipe (39) connecting it to a general industrial water supply and contains means of facilitating the preparation of the solution, means to ensure its homogeneity, and means of retaining any solids remaining in the solution and the residue from treating the device.
