MANUFACTURE METHOD OF EXCELLENT HEAT-STABILITY THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

Thermoplastic resin having good thermal stability is prepd. by the steps of : (a) graft-copolymerized rubber elastomer having 20-50 wt.% of grafting ratio and 1,500-6,000 angstrom of particle size of the rubber, which is prepd. by graft-copolymerization of the mixt. comprising 20-50 wt.% of styrene, 10-30 wt.% of acrylonitrile, 40-70 wt.% of polybutadiene in the presence of emulsifying stabilizer; (b) mixing 0.1-3.0 wt.% of an emulsified cpd. obtd. by emulsifying org. silicate and 0.05-2.5 wt.% of phenolic cpd. with the obtd. graft-copolymerized rubber elastomer; (c) adding 0.1-3.0 wt.% of the mixt. comprising 10-40 wt.% of inorg. metallic salts and 60-90 wt.% of org. or inorg. acid to the obtd. mixed rubber elastomer of (b) steps to solidify the product.
