The device for pulling a segment(10) of the bridge deck having an upper slab(10a) and a lower slab(10b) comprises a pulling beams having a tension member fastened to its lower end to pass through the lower slab(10a) to extend to the upper slab(10a), the lower slab(10b) attached with a pulling beam in the direction of pulling having a bearing support frame(13) buried within the slab, the upper end of the pulling beam being fixed to a binding plate(14) fastened to the upper slab(10a). The pulling beam in pulling maximizes the distance between the bearing acting point and the pulling acting point so as to minimize the bearing force and pulling force produced by the pushing force. Further, sufficient resistace may be maintained against the bearing force by simply burying a metal bearing force support frame without increasing concrete thickness of the concrete section on the position for bearing force applied by the pulling beam. Thus, a safe and smooth work is achieved without any increase of form panels, reinforcement steel rods and concrete and the increase of prestressing.
