A bolt (2) which pivots about an axis parallel to the pivoting axis of the door flap is fixed on the inside of the window or door frame (1). In the closed position the bolt is above the door flap (3) and in the open position is pivoted away from the door trajectory. The bolt support comprises a U-sectioned piece (7) whose base (8) is fixed on the frame and projects orthogonally from it. The branches (9) also project orthogonally from the frame and stop before the door flap. The bolt has legs (10) parallel to the branches and guided on them. A pivoting axle (11) passes through the legs and through oblong holes (12) in the branches.
