The module has a longitudinally moveable dispensing slider which dispenses the lowest package from a stack in the dispensing machine. An electric drive motor operates a gear, which engages a sliding member with inner teeth. The motor and gear wheel rotate in a constant direction. This rotation is converted into forwards and backwards longitudinal motion of the sliding member to dispense the goods. The gear wheel (11) is attached directly to the axle (7) of the motor (6). A central spindle (14) of the gear wheel or a protruding end of the axle is located in the oval guide slot (15) in the dispensing slider, so that the gear wheel always engages the inner teeth. The motor is swivel mounted.
