Connector for U=shaped ceiling rails

The connector consists of a middle part (1) and two lateral shanks (2) made of a single sheet metal. The shanks are arranged at an angle greater than 94 deg. to the horizontal plane of the middle part. In this stage the connectors can be stacked for storage. To connect the ceiling rails the shanks are bent inwards (6) to stops (4) and the connector is pushed into the rails. The stops are arranged to give a 90 deg. angle of the shanks to the horizontal middle part. Longitudinal holes or cuts in the shank parts (3) make the bending of the shanks easier.
