Torque and energy equalising system

The equalising system has a drive shaft (12) subjected to torque stress. The shaft has a curved disc (14) on it, against the surface of which a force is exerted by a cam (16). The cam has an operating mechanism (48,58,82) to press the cam against the surface of the disc. This mechanism has a relief mechanism (90,76) connected to it in order to relieve the applied force selectively. The operating mechanism includes a coil spring (82) to create the force,a rod (58) with a proximal end (60) and a distal end (62). There is a flange (64) near the proximal end.
