MANUFACTURE METHOD OF THERMO PLASTIC RESIN HAVING EXCELLENT IMPACT RESISTANCE AND ELDNGATION CHARACTER

摘要

The resin is made by graft polymerization of (A) mixture of rubber latex 15-80wt.% and (B) mixture of vinyl aromatic monomer 60-80wt.% and vinyl cyanide and acrylic compds 20-40wt.% in the presence of emulsifier, polymerization controller and initiator. The (A) rubber latex mixture is composed of 10-45wt.% of 0.05-0.15um small rubber latex and 5-40wt.% of 0.16-0.40um large rubber latex, the latex comprising 1,3-butadien 70-95wt.% and vinyl aromatics 5-30wt.%.
