Discontinuous dyeing of cellulosic textiles with indigo
摘要
Process for discontinuous dyeing of cellulose-contg. textile materials with indigo using the exhaustion process comprises heating a dyebath contg. alkali and reducing agent to 60-100 deg C, adding indigo continuously during passage of the textile material through the bath, oxidising the reduced indigo taken up by the fibres back into the pigment, and finishing the dyed goods in the usual way.
