The holder (1) carries a rotary drum (2) with two axially spaced, radically outwards directed drum flanges on a fixed axis. The drum retains a hose (3), with inlet (4) and outlet (5) outside the drum. There is a hose rewinding mechanism and an insulator (8) firmly coupled to the holder. The inverter, coacting with the inlet, is rigid and without movable parts. On the drum is wound a hose section in the direction of the outlet, while a fixed hose section of similar length is looped round the coiler core, secured against loosening by aq support. In the transition region between the two hose sections the hose passes through an aperture (10) in the drum.
