PURPOSE:To relieve a design restriction and increase an operational speed by supplying scan data produced from a plurality of selector circuits to a scan data output terminal commonly provided to a plurality of combinational circuits. CONSTITUTION:For first latches 211A-213A for supplying or receiving data to or from combinational circuits 100-120, are provided second latches 211B-213B and selectors 3-1-3-3, the latter for selecting the output of the first and second latches in first and second modes, respectively. In an inspection operation, the output of the first latches is transferred to the second latches and the selectors are operated in the second mode. Thus, the logical restrictions of a common-mode transfer and a clutch loop can be removed and an operational speed can be increased. |
