<p>A freezing drum, of the type with built-in evaporator, comprises a substantially cylindrical external jacket (1) made of metal, a cylindrical freezing chamber (2), made of metal as well, coaxially positioned inside said jacket and at least a spiral-shaped path provided in the hollow space between the jacket and the chamber.
